Jeanne - How much we all miss you!  But I know where I will find you someday - I will never forget that first day of school when you poked me on the shoulder and proclaimed that I was new here - and took me under your friendship wing!

How sad I was to hear of your passing. I have a lot of great memories of our time together from when we became good freinds in old Stanley Slazack's raspberry fields in the summer of 1960 and after graduation when we became more.

How can I ever forget when I was teaching you to drive the hot little 54 Ford and you almost ran us off the cliff on the end 128th street where the sharp bend is heading down to Pacific Ave. We had such good times then.

It was so nice to see you at the 30th reunion we talked and talked. I was looking foreward to seeing you again but that will have to wait a while longer. I have thought of you often through the years and you will always have a special place in my heart.

I have so many great memories with Jeanne during high school and later when I had my first son Troy.  Jeanne  was great friend and mother and her  life  was a testimony of love.  Diana (Streby) Mettille
